
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment with Visa, Master Card and American Express. We cannot accept cash, checks or any payment methods other than credit card.
What are the different music formats?
Downloadable track - MP3 (128 bpm)- Portable to any digital MP3 player or desktop jukebox. Tracks will be available for downloads for 24 hours after purchase. (Domestic orders will be processed right away. You will then be able to download the track. International orders will be downloadable as soon as the credit card has been approved. You will then receive an email when it is ready. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS!)

Will "Out of stock" items be available again?
An item marked with "Out of Stock" should be back in stock within about three weeks depending on the item.

How much is the shipping? How do you ship the order?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before you submit your order. We ship USPS and UPS depending on the order.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes.
What kind of packaging will my order arrive in?
We ship CD's and shirts in Jiffy mailers, vinyl's in cardboard boxes, and posters in tubes.
How long will it take to arrive?
When you order has been shipped it usually takes 2-5 days for the package to reach you depending on where you are located. International orders take about two weeks to ship.
How can I edit my account?
Once you are logged in, you can:
1. Edit your first name, last name, username and email address by clicking on the Username link in the upper right, or 2. Add item(s) to the shopping cart, click checkout and then modify all address, credit card information (you don't have to place the order after that)
Can I order without worrying about my privacy?
Yes, we do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone. All information remains confidential.
How do I know you have registered my order and what kind of receipt do I get? Has my order shipped yet?
Please enter your email address when placing your order and you will receive one order confirmation email and one email when your order ships. You can print these emails for your records. If you want to see if your order has been registered and shipped please log on to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email mailorder@eslmusic.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. You cannot cancel your order once it has already shipped.
What about your return policy?
We do accept returns of shirts but please see sizing information above before placing the order. Send the unused shirt to our address below. Also, add return postage, the order confirmation that arrived with the shirt, and a written note with the requested size. You cannot return used shirts, music and posters.
