Federico Aubele’s sultry musical ode to love, Amatoria, gets the remix treatment as Amatoria Remixed.  Featuring six superbly re-worked tracks, this short album is a gem for DJs and fans of beefy electronic rhythms.  “Luna Y Sol” is transformed by Lance Herbstrong into an exercise in throbbing basslines and stomping percussion, while Gianma provides upbeat breaks and house remixes of “Otra Vez” for the dancefloor.  ESL cohorts Ancient Astronauts serve up a dub-hop version of “Este Amor” while Son of Kick turns “Suena Mi Guitara” into an epic electro-glitch dancefloor smasher.  Pablo Anglade closes this set with a gliding minimal-techno version of “Amatoria” infused with Federico’s hypnotic guitar work.
